New book and new patterns.

Long-time embroiderer and creator of Muhu patterns, Leida Kirst, still carries in her soul the juniper pastures of Muhu from her childhood, from where simple wildflowers also fill the pages of this book.

The book is like a visit to Leida's house - the master greets us kindly at the door, talks about her life, opens the door to her embroidery closet, and shares useful advice. And when you leave, she gives you patterns to take home with you.

In the book you will find:
– 153 Muhu patterns that the master created for this book in the winter of 2010
– 3 double-sided pattern sheets that you can use to create large embroidery designs
– 41 scanned and photographed embroideries that are good to take as examples when embroidering
– 7 step-by-step embroidery tutorials illustrated with photos
– Plus comments and tips for embroidering Muhu embroidery.

You can use the patterns to decorate t-shirts, dresses, sweaters, folk costume skirts, bags, Muhu bätts, or any other items.

This is a unique opportunity to take a walk through the fields and pastures of Igaküla. Feel the beauty of nature and carry it within you.

The book also includes an online supplement. Read more HERE
