At that time, the hairstyle was fashionable with hair cut halfway to the ears, left a little longer at the back of the head. Bangs were combed over the forehead, which was also called a lauk or lapp. In the summer, girls went bareheaded, but women wore a hairpiece.<\/p>\n<p>By examining this farm up close, you can get a sense of what materials were available in 1924.
