The owner of the online store https://www.muhutikand.ee/ (hereinafter the Online Store) is OÜ Loovusveeb (registration code 11954607), located in Ansu-Matsi, Igaküla, 94722 Muhu parish, Saare county.
Validity of the sales contract, course and price information
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods/courses from the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. All prices of goods sold in the online store are in euros.
Information about the course is provided in the Online Store directly next to the course.
Order processing
To join the course, you must first create an account, then choose a suitable package and fill in all the required fields. After that, you will be asked to make a payment, which can be done in the following way:
- Estonian bank payments
- Finnish bank payments
- Latvian bank payments
- Lithuanian bank payments
- Visa/Mastercard card payments
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
NB! When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the "Return to merchant" button on the bank page.
Payments are made by Montonio Finance UAB. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Montonio Finance UAB. The Seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The Agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to be paid to the Online Store's current account.
The owner of the online store is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance UAB.
Right of withdrawal
After confirming the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
NB! Depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right of withdrawal. If you sell such products, you must list the corresponding products and services and they must comply with Law of Obligations Act The conditions listed in § 53(4).
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the course in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the course due to a mistake.
Right to file a claim
The online store is liable for any non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the course sold to the buyer or for any defect that already existed at the time of delivery and that becomes apparent within two years of the delivery of the course to the buyer. Within this 1 year from the delivery of the item to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. It is the online store's obligation to rebut this presumption.
The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months of discovering a defect by sending an e-mail to muhutikand@muhutikand.ee or by calling +372 5280118.
The online store is not responsible for any defects that arise after the course has been delivered to the buyer.
If a course purchased from the Online Store has defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective course. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The online store will respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the course to the buyer. The online store transfers personal data to companies providing shipping services in order to deliver the goods.
The online store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to do so by entering their e-mail address on the website and has indicated their desire to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
Dispute resolution
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent by e-mail to info@muhutikand.ee
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. You can review the procedural terms and submit an application. hereThe Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer's complaint by the Committee is free of charge.
